Many of us have trained ourselves to worry, feel insecure, feel insignificant, abuse alcohol, drugs, get angry over everything and anything. We actually "wire" in this type of behavior because we do it over and over again. We train ourselves to respond in a certain way.
If we can "wire" in all of these negative behaviors can we rewire ourselves? yes. Figure out what you want and how you want to respond and then start using your positive traits with positive repetition...until it becomes re-wired into your life and you learn to do it differently. It takes work, but it can be done and if it's important to you, it will be worth it to be living the life you want, instead of reacting to everything in destructive ways.
