Success in life...

There are many aspects to success in life; material wealth is only one component. Moreover, success is a journey, not a destination. Material abundance, is one of the things that makes the journey more enjoyable. However, success also includes good health and vitality, energy, and enthusiasm for life, fulfilling relationships, creative freedom, emotional and psychological stability, a sense of well-being, and peace of mind.

Even with the experience of all these things, many of us will remain unfulfilled unless we nurture the spiritual side of our lives. True success for many includes the experience of the miraculous. It is being able to perceive--in the eyes of a child,in the beauty of a flower, in the flight of a bird.

How are you envisioning success in your life?

Success and discipline...

We live in a society where things are fast and easy...microwaves, instant messaging, one minute assessments...etc

However, in life as you unleash your possibilities of your life, there is no getting around it, it takes work and commitment on your part! It takes discipline. There is no magic pill to lose weight..it's going to take discipline on your part to push away the plate and get some daily exercise.

there is no magic pill for overnight success...it takes discipline and a plan to become successful. Does it have to take years, NO. Change does not have to take years, it takes discipline to the time you do have.

How much discipline do you have to exceed your goals?

Don't miss out on your moments...

I am a planner. I structure my days, my weeks, my months... the problem is that I sometimes forget to enjoy my moments. I have had to re-wire my thoughts on simply being in the moment at any given time.

Have you ever been at a meeting and ou start looking at your watch...you know you have to be someplace else and you start checking out of the meeting that you are currently attending.

Have you ever been at the computer and the family is having fun...and you miss out because you are still working or busy reading facebook?

Don't miss out on the moments... they only come around once!

Fun and laughter...

Have you ever gone through a period of life where you are so overwhelmed with life, you never had any fun? You were always waiting for the day when things calmed down. Isn't it interesting how life always has "something" to keep you from fun...

Find ways to make time to have fun in your life. Sounds strange, make time for fun?! For those intense times in life we do have to take a moment and just figure out how to relax and have fun with loved ones!

I was always amazed when I had clients who told me they couldn't remember the last time they had a good time and just laughed. Laughter is good for the soul...and awakens the energy that lies within us to make good decisions to get through life feeling happy and joyful.

When was the last time you had fun? Go ahead...find something to laugh about or do today!!! See what happens!

Financial Freedom...you and your money must keep good company

Ever have friends that like to live off of credit cards and seem to be living the good life?? Chances are the reality of using credit cards for things they don't have cash for will soon catch up with those friends.

In life we are influenced by the company we keep. If you have surrounded yourself with people who are healthy, eat well, exercise, and are well balanced, chances are good that you will live a healthy lifestyle too.

However, if you surround yourself with people who drink, smoke, take drugs, and so one you most likely are going to get sucked in to that lifestyle too.

Guess what?

It works the same way with money; the only way to keep it and grow it is to keep it in a healthy environment! Credit card companies are never good company to keep...use your credit card for what you need and pay it off each month, with only rare occasions of overspending!

If you are in debt...get out of debt as fast as you can...debt will keep you hostage!

What company are you keeping?
